What is Flexistone?
Flexistone Veneer is a real stone composite panel made from real stone powder mixed with resin and applied to a fibreglass backing.
This creates a lightweight wall panel with the authentic texture and appearance of natural stone, without the weight and complexity of traditional stone cladding.
Flexistone Veneer is completely waterproof and suitable for both indoor and selected outdoor applications.
Fire Performance
Yes. A Flexistone stone veneer panel has been independently tested by SGS in accordance with EN 13501-1:2018 and achieved a reaction-to-fire classification of B-s1, d0.
In simple terms, this means it demonstrated limited contribution to fire, low smoke production and no flaming droplets under the tested conditions.

Coverage Guide
Each Flexistone panel measures 1200 × 600mm and covers approximately 0.72m².
Each box contains 4 panels covering a total of approximately 2.88m².
Estimated coverage guide:
3m² = 2 Boxes
6m² = 3 Boxes
9m² = 4 Boxes
12m² = 5 Boxes
15m² = 6 Boxes
We recommend ordering an additional box to allow for cutting and wastage.
Flexibility Guidance
Flexistone Veneer can be shaped to accommodate bends and curves when heat is applied.
For best results, apply heat continuously and gently shape the panel until the desired radius is achieved.
Do not force the panel cold. Always heat gradually and work slowly for the cleanest finish.
Easy Installation
• Ensure the wall surface is clean, dry, flat and structurally sound.
• Apply a suitable construction adhesive or tile adhesive depending on the surface.
• Position the Flexistone Veneer panel onto the wall.
• Press firmly using even pressure to secure adhesion.
• Seal joints if required for your installation.
For cutting, we recommend using a fine-tooth circular saw blade to achieve a clean, accurate finish.
Panel Joins & Finishing
The joins between Flexistone panels cannot be made completely invisible. As with tiles, placing two panels together will leave a visible joint. A suitable grout or filler in a similar tone to the panels can be used to help the joints blend into the finished installation.
We recommend planning the panel layout before installation and testing the chosen grout or filler on a small, inconspicuous area first.
Delivery Information
We aim to deliver your order within 3 to 5 business days, although delivery may be sooner.

Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £25 across England, Wales and parts of Scotland. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland are subject to a delivery surcharge, which will be calculated automatically at checkout.
