Delivery Information
At NW Composite, we deliver composite decking, cladding, wall panels and Flexistone products across the UK.
Delivery methods and times vary depending on the products in your order. Please read the information below before purchasing.

Delivery Times
Most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days, although delivery may sometimes be sooner depending on local delivery routes and availability.
During busier periods, delivery may occasionally take slightly longer.
Where applicable, we will contact you ahead of delivery with updates and a rough delivery timeframe.
Composite Decking & Cladding Deliveries
Composite decking and cladding orders are delivered by our in-house delivery team using long wheelbase delivery vans.
Before delivery:
- You will be contacted the day before delivery with a rough delivery timeframe
- Our driver will contact you again approximately 1 hour before arrival on the day of delivery
Please ensure the correct contact number is provided when placing your order.
As our delivery team complete multiple deliveries throughout the day, we are unable to provide exact delivery times. Traffic and earlier deliveries may occasionally affect arrival times.
Delivery Access & Unloading
Decking and cladding orders are hand unloaded directly from the delivery vehicle by our delivery team.
Please note:
- Deliveries are kerbside, driveway or front garden only
- Due to insurance restrictions, we are unable to move materials through properties or into rear gardens
- Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable access is available for delivery vehicles
Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery where possible.
Wall Panels & Flexistone Deliveries
Wall panels and Flexistone products are delivered via a third-party courier service.
Delivery times may vary depending on courier schedules and your location. Tracking or delivery updates may be provided where available.
Samples, Fixings & Small Items
Smaller items, including samples, fixings and small accessories, are sent via Royal Mail.
- Same day dispatch where possible
- Typical delivery time of 2-3 working days
Shipping costs for smaller items are included in the cost of the item.
Delivery Charges
We charge a flat-rate delivery fee of £25.00 on all composite decking, cladding, wall panel and Flexistone orders.
Delivery costs will be clearly shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Before Booking a Fitter or Tradesperson
We strongly recommend not booking a fitter or tradesperson until your order has arrived and has been checked.
NW Composite cannot be held responsible for any third-party labour costs, cancellations, delays or charges incurred while awaiting delivery.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If any items are damaged, faulty or incorrect, these must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
