These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products by NW Composite. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
General
NW Composite supplies composite decking, cladding, wall panels, flexible stone and related materials. These terms apply to all orders placed through our website.
We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if pricing errors, stock discrepancies or technical issues occur.
Product Descriptions & Colours
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate.
However:
- Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
- Different batches may have minor variations.
- We strongly recommend ordering samples before placing large orders.
NW Composite is not responsible for dissatisfaction based on colour perception where samples were not ordered.
Installation Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
- Inspect goods before installation.
- Ensure products are suitable for the intended application.
- Follow correct installation guidelines.
We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect installation, misuse or improper maintenance.
No claims will be accepted once products have been cut or installed.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
Any damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Do not install damaged materials.
We reserve the right to inspect returned items before issuing replacement or refund.
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
Returns
Returns are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability
NW Composite shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Installation costs
- Third-party labour costs
- Loss of profit or business
Our total liability shall not exceed the original order value.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to fulfil obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Supply chain disruption
- Courier delays
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
